Some managed services companies just do not get it, probably because it is not their business. This is why I like Cohen Electronics. They respond with the same sense of urgency as if they worked in the company. They are also proactive with services, so we do not need to call them often.

John, Shelley, and Shawn are professional, responsive and all around nice people. Setting up my new computer was a daunting task and they handled it with ease.
